Customer account
To create your account on the LA FEE MARABOUTEE online shop, enter your email address, which becomes your login, and the other required information in the appropriate fields.
Changing your password or delivery addresses is very simple. Click on "my account" and enter your login and password. Once logged in, you can view and change your personal information.
When you click on the forgotten password link, please enter the email address you used to create your account. Your password will be emailed to you immediately. Please check your junk mail or spam folder if you have not received it.
You can retrieve the items you have added to your basket for a period of one year (while stocks last), by following the instructions below:

- Go to the same browser,

- Log in with the same customer account.
The information you send us to process your order will only be used in the context of our commercial relationship. Under no circumstances will this information be shared with third parties or sold. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data. Your bank details (credit cards) are only used for payment with our secure payment partner Adyen. We do not keep any banking information about you.
Order form
To place an order with the LA FÉE MARABOUTÉE boutique, simply browse the site by accessing the products offered in the different categories. You can browse by type of item or by universe. Then choose the items you want to buy by clicking on "Add to basket". Once your products are in the basket, you can check the contents by clicking on the basket, then click on the "Checkout" button. Your order will be prepared in our warehouses within a maximum of 48 working hours, then handed over to the carrier depending on the delivery method and country you have chosen. Delivery times are between 2 and 5 days after your order has been handed over to the carrier.
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours (subject to stock availability). Delivery times are between 2 and 5 days after your order has been handed over to the carrier. You will be informed by email of the preparation and dispatch of your parcel.
We will send you a confirmation email a few minutes after your order has been validated. In this email you will find a summary of your order as well as a link allowing you to access your account and track the status of your order. Your order will go through the following statuses: "Confirmed", "In preparation" and finally "Dispatched".
When your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will also receive a new email telling you that your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, with a tracking number so that you can follow its progress.
It is not currently possible to cancel or modify your order. As soon as your payment has been confirmed, your order is sent to our warehouse for preparation and dispatch as soon as possible. However, if you still wish to cancel your order, we invite you to refuse your parcel only in the case of delivery by colissimo or parcel relay. It will then be returned to our warehouse and we will refund you.
Payment
We accept payment by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Paypal.
Payments are totally secure through our partner Hipay, Europe's leading online payment service.
Payment in 3 instalments free of charge is available on purchases of €200 or more, or in 2 instalments free of charge is available on purchases of €150 or more. You can also take advantage ofa 30-day grace period before payment. This service is free of charge for purchases of €200 or more.

LA FEE MARABOUTEE online shop uses the Hipay e-Commerce solution, recognised by the main players in the financial world. It has been developed so that you can make your payments in an ergonomic and user-friendly environment, with optimum security and respect for privacy. Hipay e-Commerce is the payment solution adopted by several thousand e-commerce sites. You will recognise these sites by the words Secure payment by Hipay, which appear on the payment page.
Remember to check the validity date of your discount code. Make sure you enter your code without spaces. If your code works, a text will be displayed to let you know that your coupon has been taken into account. Codes cannot be combined: if you have more than one, only one of them can be used for your order. We offer three delivery options for France:

Your order is prepared in our warehouses within a maximum of 48 working hours and is then given to the carrier according to the delivery method you have chosen. Delivery times are between 2 and 5 days for the standard method after your order has been given to the carrier.
Delivery charges: these are calculated automatically when you place your order, depending on the delivery method and country you choose, and you can check the amount in your basket.
Dispatch times (from our warehouses) are a maximum of 48 working hours (Monday to Friday). This time corresponds to the preparation time for your order in our warehouses (destocking, checking, preparation of packages, packaging, labelling, etc.). Your order is then given to the chosen carrier.
Delivery times depend on the mode of transport chosen (next-day delivery for orders placed before 2pm):
- Colissimo home delivery takes 3 to 4 working days from the date of order.
- For click & collect delivery, the delivery time is 3 to 4 working days from the order date. You will be notified by email/sms when your parcel arrives in shop.
We currently deliver to mainland France, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.
In this case, the parcel is delivered directly to your home. If you are not at home at the time, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox. This notice indicates the time and day of the delivery and the post office where you can collect the parcel. You will then need to go to the post office indicated with the delivery note left by the postman and some form of identification to collect the parcel. You then have a period of 14 days, after which the parcel will be returned to us.
If you still have not received your parcel after 6 days and no delivery notice has been left, please check the status of your parcel according to the delivery method you have chosen. You can also contact Customer Services by email at serviceclients@lafeemaraboutee.fr

You have a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the day after the date of receipt of your order to return the products ordered.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories. Only items returned in their original condition will be accepted and refunded.
Please make only one return per order : all the items in your return must be in the same parcel per order. You will need to wait for the order to be delivered in full if it was delivered to you in several deliveries/packages.

If you have a customer account, log in and make your return request using the form available in your customer area > "My orders" section > Click on the "Make a return" link.
If you placed your order without having a customer account, you can make your return request by creating an account now. If you have any problems creating your customer account, you can contact our customer service department.
When you create your account, your order history will be displayed in your customer area - "My orders" section > Click on the "Return" link.
For orders delivered in mainland France, stick the Colissimo return label you received in your order.
- Would you like to return an order placed on our lafeemaraboutee.fr website? No problem, your shop will take care of everything! Just provide your order number and your boutique will take care of returning your parcel and refunding your money. In the case of a return to a boutique, please do not make your return request online and go directly to the boutique.
Valid only in "La fée maraboutée" boutiques, excluding department stores.
- For orders delivered internationally, outside France, the return of the parcel is at your expense, with parcel tracking to the following address: La Fée Maraboutée - Returns Department - 3 chemin de la chapelle 42300 MABLY (France)
For online orders, no exchanges are possible, either online or in shop.
If you have ordered from one of our partners: Laredoute.fr, Galerieslafayette.com, Veepee.fr, please refer to the retailer's specific returns procedure below and use the Colissimo returns label received with your order.
The customer who wishes to return a product must only return it to the address communicated by La Fée Maraboutée, and under no circumstances to a Galeries Lafayette shop.
1) You must contact La Fée Maraboutée by consulting the "details of my order", available under the heading "Order tracking".
2) The product must be returned with the agreement of La Fée Maraboutée Customer Service.
3) A pre-paid returns label will be provided in your parcel.
4) The product will be sent to La Fée Maraboutée - Returns Department at the following address: 3 chemin de la chapelle 42300 MABLY. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- laredoute.fr :
The customer who wishes to return a product must only return it to the address communicated by La Fée Maraboutée.
Only items delivered to a Relais Colis® point can be returned to a Relais Colis® point, with the agreement of La Fée Maraboutée and the appropriate return label.
1) You must contact La Fée Maraboutée by indicating your wish to withdraw, via the La Redoute messaging system. To do this, you must click on the "Do you have a question?" button available in the order tracking. You can then specify your request and click on "Contact the seller".
2) A pre-paid returns label has been sent to you in your parcel for returns.
3) You will return the product free of charge using the label, in its original condition and packaging with all accessories and labels, accompanied by the delivery note, to the following address: La Fée Maraboutée - Returns Department, 3 chemin de la Chapelle, 42300 MABLY
On receipt of your parcel in our logistics department, we will refund your returned item(s) within 15 days to the bank account associated with the order.

- Returns are free of charge for all orders placed in mainland France, Belgium or the Netherlands. To return your order, stick the Colissimo return label you received in your parcel and drop it off at the post office.
- For any return of an order delivered in Europe (other than metropolitan France, Belgium or the Netherlands) or internationally, the return costs are at your expense.
For other international countries, you are responsible for the return postage costs, with parcel tracking to the following address:

Reimbursement
Your refund will be made to the credit card used for payment by crediting it back to "lafeemaraboutee.fr", via our payment partner Hipay, within 15 days of the date of return of the parcel.
Your voucher will be credited back to you according to the amount of your return, once your return has been received and validated.
We will also reimburse your order if the return is due to an error on our part. Of course, the cost of returning the goods will be reimbursed in full upon presentation of proof.

Loyalty programme
The "Le Cercle des Fées" loyalty programme applies automatically, without any action being necessary, to any identified Customer who has made at least one purchase in Store or on the Site since 1st January 2020.
For Customers who have placed an order on the Site, recognition and membership are automatic with the Customer's e-mail address.
Customers making a purchase in-store will be asked for their surname, first name, postcode, e-mail address and telephone number so that they can be identified and thus benefit from the Loyalty programme, which they can access at any time in their customer area on the Site.
Any new Customer joining the Loyalty programme will be informed by e-mail and, where applicable, by SMS if her telephone details are provided.
The benefits of the Fidélité programme are valid indefinitely for all purchases in Stores in Metropolitan France, Corsica, Spain and Belgium and on the Site (it being specified here that the benefits of the programme may be extended for purchases made on e-shops to be created internationally).
The benefit of the Fidélité programme is strictly personal and may under no circumstances be transferred́, sold or used for purposes other than those defined by LA FEE in these general terms and conditions.
The Loyalty programme has three statuses, each of which gives access to specific benefits (discounts, services, gifts, experiences). ONE (1) euro purchase entitles you to 1 loyalty POINT.
- All customers who have earned between 0 and 299 points over the previous and current calendar years are entitled to FEE status;
- MUSE status is awarded to every customer who has earned between 300 and 799 points over the previous and current calendar years;
- All customers who have earned at least 800 points over the previous and current calendar years are eligible for DEESS status.
Each purchase is counted at the end of a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase (whether the purchase is made in a Shop or on the Site, notwithstanding the withdrawal period from which the Customer benefits in accordance with legal provisions).
If the goods are returned within this 30 calendar day period, the original purchase will not be taken into account.
You can change from one status to another during the calendar year. Once obtained, the new status is maintained for the current calendar year.
On the first of January each year, the Customer's status is recalculated according to the amount of her purchases.

LA FÉE reserves the right to modify the nature and extent of the benefits of the Fidélité programme as well as the conditions for obtaining the statutes, terms of use and validitý of the programme without prior notice.

Technical problems
These emails may be in your "junk" mail or "spam" folder in your email software, which is increasingly sensitive to protecting the privacy of its users by identifying emails that are not part of your contacts, for example. We recommend that you authorise the https://www.lafeemaraboutee.fr/ in your anti-spam tool and/or your mailbox.
If your payment does not go through, check that your card numbers or expiry date are not incorrect. Check with your bank that they are not blocking the payment. For security reasons, Customer Service does not have access to your bank details, but will be happy to help you.
