To create your account on the LA FEE MARABOUTEE online shop, enter your email address, which becomes your login, and the other required information in the appropriate fields.

Click on "my account" and enter your username and password. Once logged in, you can view and edit your personal information.

When you click on the forgotten password link, please enter the email address you used to create your account. Your password will be emailed to you immediately. Please check your junk mail or spam folder if you have not received it.

You can retrieve the items you have added to your basket for a period of one year (while stocks last), by following the instructions below:

The information you provide to us to process your order is used only within the scope of our commercial relationship. Under no circumstances will this information be shared with third parties or resold. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. Regarding your banking information (bank cards), these are used only for your payment with our secure payment providers: Hipay for France and the Global-e partners for other countries. We do not retain any banking information concerning you.

Order form

To place an order with the LA FÉE MARABOUTÉE boutique, simply browse the site by accessing the products offered in the different categories. You can browse by type of item or by universe. Then choose the items you want to buy by clicking on "Add to basket". Once your products are in the basket, you can check the contents by clicking on the basket, then click on the "Checkout" button. Your order will be prepared in our warehouses within a maximum of 48 working hours, then handed over to the carrier depending on the delivery method and country you have chosen. Delivery times are between 2 and 5 days after your order has been handed over to the carrier.

All your orders are shipped within 48 business hours (subject to stock availability). Delivery times are then between 2 and 5 days after your order is handed over to the carrier. You will be kept informed by email about the preparation and shipment of your package.

We will send you a confirmation email a few minutes after your order has been validated. In this email you will find a summary of your order as well as a link allowing you to access your account and track the status of your order. Your order will go through the following statuses: "Confirmed", "In preparation" and finally "Dispatched".

When your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will also receive a new email telling you that your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, with a tracking number so that you can follow its progress.

It is not currently possible to cancel or modify your order. As soon as your payment has been confirmed, your order is sent to our warehouse for preparation and dispatch as soon as possible. However, if you still wish to cancel your order, we invite you to refuse your parcel only in the case of delivery by colissimo or parcel relay. It will then be returned to our warehouse and we will refund you.

Payment

For Metropolitan France, we accept payment by credit card (Carte bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Paypal.
Payments are fully secured by our partner Hipay, the European leader in online payment.

For other countries in the European Union, our partner Global-e may offer, at the time of payment and depending on the destination, additional payment methods.

In Metropolitan France, payment in 3 installments without fees is available with ALMA from €200 of purchases or in 2 installments without fees is available from €150 of purchases. You can also benefit from a 30-day payment delay, this service is free of charge from €200 of purchases.

In other European Union countries, depending on the destination, payment in several installments via KLARNA may be offered to you by our partner Global-e.

For Metropolitan France, you can use the following payment methods on the LA FÉE MARABOUTÉE e-boutique: Carte bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

For other countries in the European Union, our partner Global-e may offer, at the time of payment and depending on the destination, additional bank cards.

LA FEE MARABOUTEE online shop uses the Hipay e-Commerce solution, recognised by the main players in the financial world. It has been developed so that you can make your payments in an ergonomic and user-friendly environment, with optimum security and respect for privacy. Hipay e-Commerce is the payment solution adopted by several thousand e-commerce sites. You will recognise these sites by the words Secure payment by Hipay, which appear on the payment page.

For orders placed on our French website lafeemaraboutee.fr, enter your promo code on the payment page. Be sure to check the validity date of your discount code. Also, make sure to respect the case and enter your code without any spaces. Remember to clear your device’s temporary memory (cache). If your code works, a message will appear to confirm that your coupon has been applied. Codes cannot be combined: if you have several, only one can be used per order.

For orders placed on our international websites, enter your promo code on the payment page after confirming your cart.

We offer three delivery options for France:
- Colissimo Point Relais - €4 - free for orders over €160
- Colissimo Home Delivery - €6.90 - free for orders over €160
- Click & Collect: free (excluding "Outlet" items)

For international deliveries, we offer home delivery with the following rates:

Your order is prepared within a maximum of 48 business hours in our warehouses, then handed over to the carrier according to the delivery method you chose. Delivery times are between 2 and 5 days for the standard option within mainland France after your order is handed to the carrier.

Delivery fees: they are automatically calculated during your order based on the delivery method and country you select, and you can view this amount in your cart.

Shipping times (departure from our warehouses) are a maximum of 48 business hours (from Monday to Friday). This time corresponds to the preparation of your order in our warehouses (stock clearance, verification, order preparation, packaging, labeling...), after which your order is handed over to the chosen carrier.

Delivery times in mainland France depend on the chosen shipping method (next-day delivery for any order placed before 2 p.m.):
- For home delivery via Colissimo, the delivery time is 3 to 4 business days from the order date.
- For delivery to a pickup point, the delivery time is 3 business days from the order date.
- For click & collect delivery, the delivery time is 3 to 4 business days from the order date. You will be notified by SMS when your package arrives at the store.

During peak sales periods (sales, outlet), our delivery times may be exceptionally extended.

Please click on the dropdown menu for the country at the top left of our homepage to view the list of countries/locations where we deliver.
If your country/location does not appear in the list, it is likely that we do not deliver there at the moment.

In this case, the parcel is delivered directly to your home. If you are not at home at the time, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox. This notice indicates the time and day of the delivery and the post office where you can collect the parcel. You will then need to go to the post office indicated with the delivery note left by the postman and some form of identification to collect the parcel. You then have a period of 14 days, after which the parcel will be returned to us.

If you have requested delivery to one of the countries in the European Union and you still have not received your package: if you have not received your package after 6 days and no delivery notice has been left, please check the status of your package according to the chosen delivery method. You can also contact customer service via our form.

In these cases, we invite you to visit this page to submit your return request, select the appropriate reason, and receive your label. Then please choose the return method that suits you: by carrier or in-store.

An amount will be deducted from your refund: 5 € for Europe, 8 CHF for Switzerland, 8 $ for the United Kingdom, 10 $ for the United States, and 15 € for all other countries.

Reimbursement

For orders delivered in Metropolitan France, your refund will be made to the credit card used for payment by re-crediting it under the label "lafeemaraboutee.fr", via our payment partner Hipay, within 15 days from the date of return of the package.

Your voucher will be credited back to you according to the amount of your return, once your return has been received and validated.

Loyalty programme

The Loyalty program "Le Cercle des Fées" applies automatically, without any action required, to any identified Customer who has made at least one purchase in Store or on the Website since January 1, 2020.

For Customers who have placed an order on the Website, recognition and enrollment are automatic with the Customer's email address.
For Customers making a purchase in Store, they will be asked for their last name, first name, postal code, email address, and phone numbers so they can be identified and thus benefit from the Loyalty program, which they can access at any time in their customer area on the Website.

Any new Customer joining the Loyalty program will be informed by email and, if applicable, by SMS if their phone number has been provided.

The benefit of the Loyalty program is valid indefinitely for any purchase in stores under the LA FÉE MARABOUTÉE brand in Metropolitan France and on the Website for orders delivered in Metropolitan France.
The benefit of the Loyalty program is strictly personal and cannot under any circumstances be transferred, sold, or used for purposes other than those defined by LA FÉE in these general conditions.

The Loyalty program includes three statuses, each granting access to specific benefits in mainland France (discounts, services, gifts, experiences). ONE (1) euro of purchase entitles you to 1 Loyalty POINT.

- The FÉE status is granted to each Customer who has earned between 0 and 299 points in the previous calendar year and the current year;
- The MUSE status is granted to each Customer who has earned between 300 and 799 points in the previous calendar year and the current year;
- The DÉESSE status is granted to each Customer who has earned at least 800 points in the previous calendar year and the current year.

Each purchase is recorded at the end of a 30 calendar day period from the date of purchase (whether it is a purchase in a LA FÉE MARABOUTÉE branded store or on the Site, notwithstanding the withdrawal period to which the Customer is entitled under legal provisions).

In case of return within this 30 calendar day period, the initial purchase is not counted.

The change from one status to another can occur during the calendar year. Once obtained, the new status is maintained for the current calendar year.

On February 1st of each year, the Customer's status is recalculated based on the amount of purchases made in the past year. The Customer retains the status obtained during the current year, except for an upgrade to a higher status (but cannot drop to a lower status before January 1st of the following year).

Each status gives entitlement to the following benefits from the month following the month in which the change of status took place in application of the aforementioned conditions.

The advantages of each status can be consulted here or in your customer area.
The above benefits cannot be exchanged, offset or reimbursed in cash.

LA FÉE reserves the right to modify the nature and extent of the benefits of the Fidélité programme as well as the conditions for obtaining the statutes, terms of use and validitý of the programme without prior notice.

Technical problems

These emails may be in your "junk" mail or "spam" folder in your email software, which is increasingly sensitive to protecting the privacy of its users by identifying emails that are not part of your contacts, for example. We recommend that you authorise the https://www.lafeemaraboutee.fr/ in your anti-spam tool and/or your mailbox.

If your payment does not go through, check that your card numbers or expiry date are not incorrect. Check with your bank that they are not blocking the payment. For security reasons, Customer Service does not have access to your bank details, but will be happy to help you.

Gift card

You can purchase a dematerialized gift card directly on our dedicated page for orders in Metropolitan France: la fée maraboutée gift card or a physical gift card in one of our la fée maraboutée boutiques in Metropolitan France (excluding Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, and BHV corners). The purchase of the gift card on the site must be made separately from physical products. A new order is required for the latter.

Our gift cards can be used in all la fée maraboutée boutiques in mainland France (excluding Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, and BHV corners) and on our website. When paying for your purchases, select the "Pay by gift card" option. Enter the numbers printed on the back of your card or in the email of your e-card, as well as the 3-digit security code. It's simple, fast, and magical!
Gift cards cannot be used for payments via the "1-Click Purchase" option available on our website.

The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used on one or more occasions up to its value (between 15 and 500 euros). Another means of payment may be used to complete the purchase.

A 14-day withdrawal period applies to cards purchased online, from the date of receipt. There is no withdrawal period for gift cards purchased in-store.

Yes, you can use an unlimited number of gift cards.

No, promo codes or other discounts (promotional offers or ongoing loyalty benefits) are not valid for the purchase of a gift card. However, gift card recipients can use advantage codes (during promotions, for example) to pay for their purchases.

Refunds will be credited to a new gift card. You can then use this card for future purchases.

La fée maraboutée declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, expiry or deterioration.
