Get the trade-in amount for your clothes from the maraboutée fairy. Use our argus available in the FAQ below.

Bring the pieces you no longer wear to your participating marabout fairy store. They must be in good condition, washed and ironed.

Receive your voucher by email which can be used immediately in your participating store.

Second hand online
Our second-hand partner Paradigme accepts items from the brands on this list . You must send at least 3 items.
Returned parts must be perfectly functional, without stains, holes, tears or any other signs of abnormal wear. The brand name must be present on the clothing. Retouched items will not be returned. They must be less than 5 years old.
Items must be washed and ironed before sending.
The service is only available in mainland France.
The condition of the returned parts determines the value of the voucher offered.
Here are the different states accepted by our partner Paradigme :

- New without label
- Very good state
If during Paradigme's inspection the item does not comply with the information provided, the purchase voucher may be reevaluated or canceled.
The item is checked, refurbished and photographed by our partner Paradigme. It is then resold on paradigm.fr so that it can find a second life
Once received, your item is checked by Paradigme . If it complies with the information indicated at the time of your sending, you immediately benefit from a voucher valid on the current lafeemaraboutee.fr collection or on second-hand pieces on paradigm.fr , depending on what you have chosen.
This voucher is valid for 1 year from validation. The code must be entered directly on the payment page.
You have a right of withdrawal from Paradigme within fourteen days following the date of receipt or collection of the order.
Upon receipt of the return, Paradigme undertakes to immediately inspect the returned items and confirm acceptance of the return. Acceptance of the return constitutes agreement for reimbursement. You will be reimbursed by Paradigme and the return costs (€5.90) will be directly deducted from the reimbursement.

Only the marabout fairy clothes are taken back. They mustbe in good condition, washed and ironed.
The composition label and the brand label must be present on the product.
Second-hand items sold in stores as part of the [RE]NEW program are neither returned nor exchanged.
