To create your account on the LA FEE MARABOUTEE online shop, enter your email address, which becomes your login, and the other required information in the appropriate fields.

Changing your password or delivery addresses is very simple. Click on "my account" and enter your login and password. Once logged in, you can view and change your personal information.

When you click on the forgotten password link, please enter the email address you used to create your account. Your password will be emailed to you immediately. Please check your junk mail or spam folder if you have not received it.

You can retrieve the items you have added to your basket for a period of one year (while stocks last), by following the instructions below:

The information you provide to us to process your order is used solely within the scope of our business relationship. Under no circumstances will this information be shared with third parties or resold. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and correct your personal data. Regarding your banking information (bank cards), these are only used for your payment with our secure payment partner HiPay. We do not retain any banking information concerning you.

Order form

To place an order with the LA FÉE MARABOUTÉE boutique, simply browse the site by accessing the products offered in the different categories. You can browse by type of item or by universe. Then choose the items you want to buy by clicking on "Add to basket". Once your products are in the basket, you can check the contents by clicking on the basket, then click on the "Checkout" button. Your order will be prepared in our warehouses within a maximum of 48 working hours, then handed over to the carrier depending on the delivery method and country you have chosen. Delivery times are between 2 and 5 days after your order has been handed over to the carrier.

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours (subject to stock availability). Delivery times are between 2 and 5 days after your order has been handed over to the carrier. You will be informed by email of the preparation and dispatch of your parcel.

We will send you a confirmation email a few minutes after your order has been validated. In this email you will find a summary of your order as well as a link allowing you to access your account and track the status of your order. Your order will go through the following statuses: "Confirmed", "In preparation" and finally "Dispatched".

When your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will also receive a new email telling you that your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, with a tracking number so that you can follow its progress.

It is not currently possible to cancel or modify your order. As soon as your payment has been confirmed, your order is sent to our warehouse for preparation and dispatch as soon as possible. However, if you still wish to cancel your order, we invite you to refuse your parcel only in the case of delivery by colissimo or parcel relay. It will then be returned to our warehouse and we will refund you.

Payment

We accept payment by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Paypal.

Payments are totally secure through our partner Hipay, Europe's leading online payment service.

Payment in 3 instalments free of charge is available on purchases of €200 or more, or in 2 instalments free of charge is available on purchases of €150 or more. You can also take advantage ofa 30-day grace period before payment. This service is free of charge for purchases of €200 or more.

You can use the following payment methods on the LA FEE MARABOUTEE e-boutique: Carte bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

LA FEE MARABOUTEE online shop uses the Hipay e-Commerce solution, recognised by the main players in the financial world. It has been developed so that you can make your payments in an ergonomic and user-friendly environment, with optimum security and respect for privacy. Hipay e-Commerce is the payment solution adopted by several thousand e-commerce sites. You will recognise these sites by the words Secure payment by Hipay, which appear on the payment page.

Make sure to check the validity date of your discount code. Also, be careful to respect the case and enter your code without any spaces. Remember to clear your device's temporary memory (cache). If your code works, a message will appear to confirm that your coupon has been applied. Codes cannot be combined: if you have several, only one can be used per order. Your order is prepared in our warehouses within a maximum of 48 working hours and is then given to the carrier according to the delivery method you have chosen. Delivery times are between 2 and 5 days for the standard method after your order has been given to the carrier.

Delivery charges: these are calculated automatically when you place your order, depending on the delivery method and country you choose, and you can check the amount in your basket.

The shipping times (dispatch from our warehouses) are a maximum of 48 business hours (Monday to Friday). This timeframe corresponds to the preparation of your order in our warehouses (stock removal, verification, order preparation, packaging, labeling...), after which your order is handed over to the chosen carrier. 

Delivery times in Metropolitan France depend on the chosen shipping method (next-day delivery for any order placed before 2pm):
- For Colissimo home delivery, the timeframe is 3 to 4 business days from the order date.
- For click & collect delivery, the timeframe is 3 to 4 business days from the order date. You will be notified by email/SMS when your package arrives in store.

We currently deliver to mainland France, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

To find out the prices for each zone, please select your delivery country in the top left-hand corner of the home page on your computer, or via the menu on your mobile.

In this case, the parcel is delivered directly to your home. If you are not at home at the time, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox. This notice indicates the time and day of the delivery and the post office where you can collect the parcel. You will then need to go to the post office indicated with the delivery note left by the postman and some form of identification to collect the parcel. You then have a period of 14 days, after which the parcel will be returned to us.

If you still have not received your parcel after 6 days and no delivery notice has been left, please check the status of your parcel according to the delivery method you have chosen. You can also contact Customer Services by email at serviceclients@lafeemaraboutee.fr

To return the ordered products to us, you have a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the day after the date of receipt of your order.

The products must be returned in their original packaging, with their tags and any accessories; only items returned in their original condition will be accepted and refunded.

Please proceed with only one return per order placed : all items in your return must be in a single package per order. You must wait for the complete delivery of your order if it was delivered in multiple shipments/packages.

If you have a customer account, log in and make your return request via the form available in your customer area > "My orders" section > Click on the "Make a return" link.

If you placed your order without a customer account, you can make your return request by creating an account now. If you have difficulty creating your customer account, you can contact our customer service.
When creating your account, your order history will appear in your customer area - "My orders" section > Click on the "Make a return" link.

For orders delivered in Metropolitan France, stick the Colissimo return label received with your order.

- Do you want to return an order placed on our lafeemaraboutee.fr website in-store? No problem, your store takes care of everything! Bring your order number and your store will handle the return of your package and its refund. In the case of an in-store return, please do not make your return request online and go directly to the store.
Valid only in stores branded "La fée maraboutée", excluding department stores.

- For orders delivered internationally, outside Metropolitan France, Belgium, or the Netherlands, the return shipping cost is your responsibility, with tracked shipping to the following address: La Fée Maraboutée - Service retours - 3 chemin de la chapelle 42300 MABLY (France)

For an online order, no exchanges are possible, either online or in-store.

Seuls les articles livrés en point Relais Colis® peuvent bénéficier d'un retour en point Relais Colis®, avec l'accord de La Fée Maraboutée et l'étiquette de retour appropriée.

1) Vous devez prendre contact avec La Fée Maraboutée en indiquant votre volonté de vous rétracter, via la messagerie La Redoute. Pour ce faire, vous devez cliquer sur le bouton « Vous avez une question ? » disponible dans le suivi de commande. Vous pourrez ensuite préciser votre demande et cliquer sur « Contacter le vendeur ».
2) Une étiquette de retour prépayée vous a été communiquée dans votre colis en cas de retours.
3) Vous retournerez le produit gratuitement à l’aide de l’étiquette, dans son état et emballage d’origine avec tous les accessoires et étiquettes, accompagné du bon de livraison, à l’adresse suivante : La Fée Maraboutée - Service retours, 3 chemin de la Chapelle, 42300 MABLY (France).

À réception de votre colis dans notre service logistique, nous procéderons au remboursement de votre (vos) article(s) retourné(s) sous 15 jours sur le compte bancaire associé à la commande.

Vous disposez d'un délai de trente (30) jours à compter du jour suivant la date de réception de votre commande pour retourner les produits commandés. - Returns are free of charge for all orders placed in mainland France, Belgium or the Netherlands. To return your order, stick the Colissimo return label you received in your parcel and drop it off at the post office.

- For any return of an order delivered in Europe (other than metropolitan France, Belgium or the Netherlands) or internationally, the return costs are at your expense.

Reimbursement

Your refund will be made to the credit card used for payment by crediting it back to "lafeemaraboutee.fr", via our payment partner Hipay, within 15 days of the date of return of the parcel.

Your voucher will be credited back to you according to the amount of your return, once your return has been received and validated.

We will also reimburse your order if the return is due to an error on our part. Of course, the cost of returning the goods will be reimbursed in full upon presentation of proof.

Loyalty programme

The Loyalty program "Le Cercle des Fées" applies automatically, without any action required, to any identified Customer who has made at least one purchase in Store or on the Website since January 1, 2020.

For Customers who have placed an order on the Website, recognition and enrollment are automatic with the Customer's email address.
For Customers making a purchase in Store, their last name, first name, postal code, email address, and phone numbers will be requested so they can be identified and thus benefit from the Loyalty program, which they can access at any time in their customer area on the Website.

Any new Customer joining the Loyalty program will be informed by email and, if applicable, by SMS if their phone number has been provided.

The benefit of the Loyalty program is valid indefinitely for any purchase in LA FEE MARABOUTEE stores in Metropolitan France and on the Website for orders delivered in Metropolitan France.
The benefit of the Loyalty program is strictly personal and cannot under any circumstances be transferred, sold, or used for purposes other than those defined by LA FEE in these general conditions.

The Loyalty programme has three statuses, each of which gives access to specific benefits (discounts, services, gifts, experiences). ONE (1) euro purchase entitles you to 1 loyalty POINT. 

- All customers who have earned between 0 and 299 points over the previous and current calendar years are entitled to FEE status;
- MUSE status is awarded to every customer who has earned between 300 and 799 points over the previous and current calendar years;
- All customers who have earned at least 800 points over the previous and current calendar years are eligible for DEESS status.

Each purchase is counted at the end of a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase (whether the purchase is made in a Shop or on the Site, notwithstanding the withdrawal period from which the Customer benefits in accordance with legal provisions).
If the goods are returned within this 30 calendar day period, the original purchase will not be taken into account.

You can change from one status to another during the calendar year. Once obtained, the new status is maintained for the current calendar year.

On the first of January each year, the Customer's status is recalculated according to the amount of her purchases.

Technical problems

These emails may be in your "junk" mail or "spam" folder in your email software, which is increasingly sensitive to protecting the privacy of its users by identifying emails that are not part of your contacts, for example. If your payment does not go through, check that your card numbers or expiry date are not incorrect. Check with your bank that they are not blocking the payment. For security reasons, Customer Service does not have access to your bank details, but will be happy to help you.

Gift card

You can purchase a dematerialized gift card directly on our dedicated page for orders in Metropolitan France: la fée maraboutée gift card or a physical gift card in one of our la fée maraboutée boutiques in Metropolitan France (excluding Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, and BHV corners). The purchase of the gift card on the site must be made separately from physical products. A new order is required for the latter.

Our gift cards can be used in all la fée maraboutée boutiques in mainland France (excluding Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, and BHV corners) and on our website. When paying for your purchases, select the "Pay by gift card" option. Enter the numbers printed on the back of your card or in the email of your e-card, as well as the 3-digit security code. It's simple, fast, and magical!
Gift cards cannot be used for payments via the "1-Click Purchase" option available on our website.

The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used on one or more occasions up to its value (between 15 and 500 euros). Another means of payment may be used to complete the purchase.

You can top up the remaining amount of your purchases by using another payment method (see payment section What payment methods are accepted?).

A 14-day withdrawal period applies to cards purchased online, from the date of receipt. There is no withdrawal period for gift cards purchased in-store.

Yes, you can use an unlimited number of gift cards.

No, promo codes or other discounts (promotional offers or ongoing loyalty benefits) are not valid for the purchase of a gift card. However, gift card recipients can use advantage codes (during promotions, for example) to pay for their purchases.

Refunds will be credited to a new gift card. You can then use this card for future purchases.

La fée maraboutée declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, expiry or deterioration.
