How do I place my order on the LA FEE MARABOUTEE online store?

To place an order on the LA FEE MARABOUTEE store, all you have to do is browse the site by accessing the products offered in the different categories. You can browse by searching by type of article or by universe. Then choose the items you want to buy by clicking on "Add to cart". Once your products are in the basket, you can check the contents of it by clicking on the basket, then let yourself be guided by clicking on the "Order" button. Your order is prepared within 48 working hours in our warehouses, then delivered to the carrier according to the delivery method and the country you have chosen. What are the delivery times for my order?

All your orders are shipped within 48 hours (within the limit of available stock). You are kept informed by email of the preparation and shipment of your package.

How do I know where my order is?

We send you a confirmation email a few minutes after the validation of your order. Your order will go through the following statuses: "Validated", "In preparation" and finally "Shipped".

When you hand over your package to the carrier, you will also receive a new email indicating that your package has been delivered to the carrier, in which a package tracking number will allow you to follow its route.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

Currently, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order. In fact, upon validation of payment, your order is sent to our warehouse for preparation in order to ship it to you as soon as possible. However, if you still wish to cancel your order, we invite you to refuse your package only in the case of delivery by colissimo or parcel relay. This will then be returned to our warehouse and we will then issue your refund.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We only accept payment by credit card and Paypal. Payments are completely secure by our partner Adyen, the European leader in online payment.

Delivery

What are the delivery methods and prices?

We offer three delivery methods for France:

- Mondial Relay (€ 4.95 - free from € 110 purchase)

- Colissimo (6.90 €)

- Chronopost (€ 13).

We offer two delivery methods for other European countries:

- DHL Standard (21 €)

- DHL Express (27 €)

Your order is prepared at most in 48 working hours in our warehouses, it is then delivered to the carrier according to the delivery method you have chosen. The delivery times are then between 2 and 5 days for the standard mode after the delivery of your order to the carrier.

Delivery rates: They are calculated automatically during your order according to the delivery method and the country you choose and you can view this amount in your basket.

What are the shipping and delivery times?

The shipping times (leaving our warehouses) are 48 working hours (Monday to Friday) maximum. This period corresponds to the preparation time of your order in our warehouses (destocking, verification, package preparation, packaging, labeling ...), your order is then delivered to the chosen carrier.

Delivery times depend on the chosen mode of transport (next day delivery for any order placed before 2 p.m.):
- For Mondial Relay or DHL delivery, the delay is 2 to 5 days from the date of shipment.
- For fast delivery (Colissimo 48h, DHL Express) the delay is 2 to 4 days from the date of shipment, depending on the region / country of delivery.
- For express delivery (Chronopost 24h), the delivery time is 24 hours from the date of shipment.

Can I be delivered abroad?

We currently deliver to mainland France, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland , Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, the United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

What should I do if I am not home at the time of delivery?

In this case, the package is delivered directly to your home and if you are not at home at that time, a calling card will be left in your mailbox. This notice indicates the time and day of passage as well as the post office where you can collect the package. You will then have to go to the post office indicated with the transit slip filed by the postman and an identity document to collect it. You then have 14 days, after which the package will be returned to us.

Return and refund

How do I return a product and what time frame do I have?

To return the ordered products to us, you have a period of fourteen to 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, only items returned in the original condition will be accepted and refunded.

It is not possible to return your order in store.

If you wish to return an order placed on our old site (before July 24), here is the procedure to follow:


1. Place the delivery slip provided in your order in your return package. No return will be accepted without the delivery slip.


2. For orders delivered in mainland France, paste the colissimo return label provided in your package and drop off your package at the post office.

For all orders placed on our new site (from July 24), all you need to do is follow the following 3 steps:

How much does it cost me to return a product?

Returns are free for any order made in mainland France. To proceed with the return, paste the Colissimo return label provided in your package and drop off your package at the post office.

For any return following an order in Europe or the United Kingdom, the return costs are your responsibility. We will also refund your order.
In the event that the return is due to an error on our part, of course the reshipment costs will be fully reimbursed on proof.

By what means of payment am I reimbursed?

Your refund will be made to the bank card used for payment by crediting it again under the label "lafeemaraboutee.fr", via our payment partner Adyen, and this within 30 days from the date of return of the package.
