How do I place my order on the LA FEE MARABOUTEE online store?

To place an order on the LA FEE MARABOUTEE shop, simply browse the site by accessing the products offered in the different categories. You can navigate by searching by type of article or by universe. Then choose the items you want to buy by clicking on "Add to cart". Once your products are in the basket, you can check the contents of it by clicking on the basket, then let yourself be guided by clicking on the "Order" button. Your order is prepared in a maximum of 48 working hours in our warehouses, then delivered to the carrier according to the delivery method and the country you have chosen. Delivery times are then between 2 and 5 days after the delivery of your order to the carrier.

What are the delivery times for my order?

How do I know where my order is?

We send you a confirmation email a few minutes after the validation of your order. When delivering your package to the carrier, you will also receive a new email indicating that your package has been delivered to the carrier, in which a package tracking number will allow you to follow its journey.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

Currently, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order. Indeed, as soon as payment is validated, your order is sent to our warehouse for preparation in order to ship it to you as soon as possible. However, if you still wish to cancel your order, we invite you to refuse your package only in the case of a delivery by colissimo or parcel relay. The latter will thus be returned to our warehouse and we will then make your refund.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We only accept payment by credit card and Paypal. Payment 3 times free of charge is available from € 200 of purchases. You can also take advantage of a period of 30 days before payment, this service is free from 200 € of purchases. Payments are completely secure by our partner Adyen, the European leader in online payment.

What are the delivery methods and prices?

We offer two delivery methods for France:

- Colissimo Point Relais - 6€ - free from 110€ of purchase

- Colissimo at home - 8.90€ - free from 150€ of purchase

We offer 3 delivery methods for Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands:

- Colissimo at home (11€).

- Colissimo Point of withdrawal (€10.50).

We offer a delivery method for other European countries:

- Chronopost (€14.9).

Your order is prepared in a maximum of 48 working hours in our warehouses, it is then delivered to the carrier according to the delivery method you have chosen. Delivery times are then between 2 and 5 days for the standard mode after the delivery of your order to the carrier.

Delivery rates: They are calculated automatically during your order according to the delivery method and the country you choose and you can consult this amount in your basket.

- Colissimo Point Relais: Free *outside the sales period

-Colissimo at home: Flat rate for a period of 3 to 4 working days from the date of the order. 8,90€

- Chrono Classic Europe delivery: Flat rate for one
dispatch in 1-4 business days from date of dispatch. 14,90€

What are the shipping and delivery times?

Shipping times (out of our warehouses) are 48 working hours (Monday to Friday) maximum. This period corresponds to the preparation time for your order in our warehouses (destocking, verification, parcel preparation, packaging, labelling, etc.), your order is then delivered to the chosen carrier. 

Delivery times depend on the mode of transport chosen (delivery the next day for all orders placed before 2 p.m.):

- For a Colissimo home delivery, the delivery time is 3 to 4 working days from the date of the order.

- For a Chronopost Classic delivery, the delivery time is 1 to 5 days from the date of dispatch. 

Can I be delivered abroad?

We currently deliver to mainland France, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland , Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, the United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

What should I do if I am not home at the time of delivery?

In this case, the package is delivered directly to your home and if you are not at home at that time, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. This notice indicates the time and day of passage as well as the post office where you can collect the package. You will then have to go to the post office indicated with the transit slip deposited by the postman and an identity document to collect it. You then have a period of 14 days, beyond which the package will be returned to us.

What should I do if I do not receive my order?

What if my product is damaged or if I have not received the product ordered?

How do I return a product and what time frame do I have?

To return the ordered products to us, you have a period of thirty (15) calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, only items returned in their original condition will be accepted and refunded.

If you have a customer account, log in and make your return request via the form available in your customer area - "My orders" section - Click on the "Make a return" link. No return can be accepted without the duly completed return form.

If you placed your order without a customer account, you can make your return request by creating an account now. When creating your account, your order history will be displayed in your customer area - "My orders" section - Click on the "Make a return" link. For orders delivered in Metropolitan France, paste the Colissimo return label available in your customer area - "My orders" section - Click on the link "Edit a return label"

How much does it cost me to return a product?

Returns are free for all orders made in mainland France. To proceed with the return, stick the Colissimo return label which you can edit from your customer area and drop off your package at the post office.

For any return following an order in Europe or the United Kingdom, the return costs are at your expense. We will also refund your order.
In the event that the return is due to an error on our part, of course the reshipping costs will be fully reimbursed on proof. 

By what means of payment am I reimbursed?

Your refund will be made to the credit card used for payment by recrediting it under the wording "lafeemaraboutee.fr", via our payment partner Adyen, within 30 days from the date of return of the package.

Technical issues

I'm not receiving your order and shipping confirmation emails?

These emails can be found in your "junk" mail or your "spam" folder of your email software, these are indeed more and more sensitive to protecting the privacy of their users by identifying emails that do not part of your contacts for example. We advise you to authorize the domain https://www.lafeemaraboutee.fr/ in your anti-spam tool and/or your email.

I am unable to make my payment, what should I do?

If your payment doesn't go through, check that your card numbers or the expiration date are correct. Check with your banking institution that they are not blocking the payment. For security reasons, customer service does not have access to your bank details but remains available to guide you.
