At La Fée Maraboutée, we're determined to promote more sustainable fashion. Our values guide us towards made-in Europe, highlighting local know-how and favouring the most responsible materials. That's why, for example, we have been GOTS certified (Ecocert Greenlife licence n°252903) since 2022. But our commitment doesn't stop there: since the end of 2023, the BPI andADEME have been supporting us as part of an ambitious programme to accelerate the decarbonisation of our activities.
Production as close to you as possible
Fascinated by Italian knitwear, we've also set our sights on Portuguese leather goods: our pieces are mainly made in Europe (France, Italy, Portugal) by local partners who share our vision of quality and social and environmental responsibility. For our prints too, we're going local!

Professional equality
It was difficult to calculate our gender equality index via Egapro, the Ministry of Labour's dedicated website, because 90% of our 2023 workforce was made up of women. We promise to try again next year.

Entering the job market
We work with people with mild, moderate or severe intellectual disabilities. Welcomed at theESAT in Riorges (42), they help us with various tasks, including the upkeep of our premises.
