Su pedido se preparará en un máximo de 48 horas laborables en nuestros almacenes y seguidamente se entregará al transportista, según el modo de entrega y el país que haya elegido. Los plazos de entrega tienen una duración de 2 a 5 días, después de la entrega de su pedido al transportista.
Tarifas de entrega: Se calculan automáticamente al realizar su pedido según el método de entrega y el país de su elección, y podrá consultar el importe del mismo en su cesta.

Los plazos de envío (salida de nuestros almacenes) son de 48 horas laborales (de lunes a viernes) como máximo. Este plazo corresponde al tiempo de preparación de su pedido en nuestros almacenes (retirada de almacén, verificación, preparación paquete, embalaje, etiquetado, etc.); a continuación, su pedido se entrega al transportista elegido.
Los plazos de entrega dependen de la forma de transporte elegida (entrega al día siguiente para todo pedido efectuado antes de las 14:00 horas).
- ¿Puedo recibir un envío en el extranjero?
Actualmente hacemos envíos a Francia metropolitana, Alemania, Austria, Bélgica, Bulgaria, Chipre, Croacia, Dinamarca, España, Estonia, Finlandia, Grecia, Hungría, Irlanda, Italia, Letonia, Lituania, Luxemburgo, Malta, Países Bajos, Polonia, Portugal, República Checa, Rumania, Reino Unido, Eslovaquia, Eslovenia y Suecia.
- ¿Qué debo hacer si no estoy en mi casa en el momento de la entrega?
En este caso, el paquete se le entregará directamente y si no se encuentra en su domicilio en ese momento, se dejará un aviso de entrega en su buzón. Dicho aviso indica la hora y el día de entrega, así como la oficina de correos donde puede recoger el paquete. Deberá dirigirse seguidamente a la oficina de correos indicada, junto con el aviso de entrega depositado por el cartero y un documento de identidad para recogerlo. Dispondrá de un plazo 14 días, transcurrido el cual el paquete nos será devuelto.
- ¿Qué debo hacer si no he recibido mi pedido?
Si todavía no ha recibido su paquete después de 10 días y no se ha dejado ningún aviso de entrega en su domicilio, compruebe el estado de su paquete en el sitio web del método de entrega elegido.

- ¿Qué hacer si mi producto está dañado o si no he recibido el producto solicitado?
En este caso, rogamos póngase en contacto con el servicio al cliente de la tienda en línea LA FEE MARABOUTEE antes de devolver el artículo, para que se le faciliten indicaciones sobre cómo proceder. Para ello, solo deberá ponerse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente por correo electrónico en serviceclients@lafeemaraboutee.fr
Devoluciones y reintegros
- ¿Cómo debo hacer para devolver un producto y cuánto tiempo tengo para ello?
Para devolvernos los productos pedidos dispone de un plazo de treinta (30) días naturales a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de recepción de su pedido. Los productos deben ser devueltos en su embalaje original, con su etiqueta y sus correspondientes accesorios; solo los artículos devueltos en su estado original serán aceptados y reembolsados.
- Si tiene una cuenta de cliente, conéctese y realice su solicitud de devolución a través del formulario disponible en su área de cliente - Sección "Mis pedidos" - Haga clic en el enlace "Realizar una devolución". No se aceptará ninguna devolución sin el formulario de retorno debidamente cumplimentado.
- Si ha realizado su pedido sin cuenta de cliente, puede realizar su solicitud de devolución creando una cuenta ahora. Una vez creada su cuenta, su historial de pedidos aparecerá en su espacio cliente - Sección Mis pedidos - Haga clic en el enlace Realizar una devolución. ¿Cuánto me costará la devolución de un producto?
- Las devoluciones son gratuitas para cualquier pedido efectuado en Francia metropolitana. Para proceder a la devolución, pegue la etiqueta de devolución Colissimo que puede editar en su espacio cliente y deposite su paquete en la oficina de correos.
- Para toda devolución de un pedido en Europa, los costes de devolución corren a su cargo. Además, le reintegraremos su pedido en caso en que dicha devolución se deba a un error por parte nuestra; naturalmente, los gastos de reenvío serán reintegrados en su totalidad previa justificación.
- ¿Por medio de qué forma de pago se me reembolsará?
Su reintegro se efectuará a la tarjeta de crédito utilizada para el pago, mediante un nuevo abono a la misma con la denominación "lafeemaraboutee.fr", a través de nuestro socio de pago Adyen, todo ello en un plazo de 30 días contados a partir de la fecha de devolución del paquete.

The information you provide to us to complete your order is only used within the framework of our commercial relationship. Under no circumstances may this information be shared with third parties or resold. In accordance with the data protection and freedom law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. Concerning your banking information (bank cards), this is only used as part of your payment with our secure payment partner Adyen. We do not store any banking information about you.
Order
To place an order with the LA FÉE MARABOUTÉE boutique, simply browse the site by accessing the products offered in the different categories. You can browse by type of item or by universe. Then choose the items you want to buy by clicking on "Add to basket". Once your products are in the basket, you can check the contents by clicking on the basket, then click on the "Checkout" button. Your order will be prepared in our warehouses within a maximum of 48 working hours, then handed over to the carrier depending on the delivery method and country you have chosen. Delivery times are between 2 and 5 days after your order has been handed over to the carrier.

We send you a confirmation email a few minutes after your order is validated. In this email, you will find a summary of your order as well as a link allowing you to access your account and track the status of your order. When your package is handed over to the carrier, you will also receive a new email informing you that your package has been handed over to the carrier, with a tracking number to follow its journey.
It is not currently possible to cancel or modify your order. As soon as your payment has been confirmed, your order is sent to our warehouse for preparation and dispatch as soon as possible. However, if you still wish to cancel your order, we invite you to refuse your parcel only in the case of delivery by colissimo or parcel relay. It will then be returned to our warehouse and we will refund you.
Payment
We accept payment by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Paypal.
Payments are completely secure by our partner Hipay, European leader in online payment.
Payment in 3 installments without fees is available from 200€ of purchases or in 2 installments without fees is available at from 150€of purchases. You can also benefit from a period of 30 days before payment, this service is free of charge from 200€ of purchases.

The LA FEE MARABOUTEE online store uses the Hipay e-Commerce solution, recognized by the main players in the financial world. Your order is prepared in a maximum of 48 working hours in our warehouses, it is then delivered to the carrier according to the delivery method you have chosen. Delivery times are then between 2 and 5 days for standard mode after your order is handed over to the carrier.
Delivery rates: they are calculated automatically when you order according to the delivery method and the country you choose and you will be able to consult this amount in your basket.
Dispatch times (from our warehouses) are a maximum of 48 working hours (Monday to Friday). This time corresponds to the preparation time for your order in our warehouses (destocking, checking, preparation of packages, packaging, labelling, etc.). Your order is then given to the chosen carrier.
Delivery times depend on the mode of transport chosen (next-day delivery for orders placed before 2pm):
- Colissimo home delivery takes 3 to 4 working days from the date of order.
- For click & collect delivery, the delivery time is 3 to 4 working days from the order date. You will be notified by email/sms when your parcel arrives in shop.
We currently deliver to mainland France, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland , Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.
In this case, the package is delivered directly to your home and if you are not home at that time, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. This notice indicates the time and day of arrival as well as the post office from which you can collect the package. You will then have to go to the indicated post office with the receipt provided by the postman and an identity document to collect it. You then have a period of 14 days, after which the package will be returned to us.
If you still have not received your package after 6 days and no delivery notice has been given to you, remember to check the status of your package according to the delivery method chosen. You can also contact customer service by email at serviceclients@lafeemaraboutee.fr

You have a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the day after the date of receipt of your order to return the products ordered.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories. Only items returned in their original condition will be accepted and reimbursed.
Please proceed to only one return per orderso you'll have to wait for delivery complete if it was delivered to you in several deliveries/packages.

If you have a customer account, log in and make your return request using the form available in your customer area > "My orders" section > Click on the "Make a return" link.
If you placed your order without having a customer account, you can make your return request by creating an account now. If you have any problems creating your customer account, you can contact our customer service department.
When you create your account, your order history will be displayed in your customer area - "My orders" section > Click on the "Return" link.
For orders delivered in mainland France, stick the Colissimo return label you received in your order.
- Would you like to return an order placed on our lafeemaraboutee.fr website? No problem, your shop will take care of everything! Just provide your order number and your boutique will take care of returning your parcel and refunding your money. In the case of a return to a boutique, please do not make your return request online and go directly to the boutique.
Valid only in "La fée maraboutée" boutiques, excluding department stores.

For online orders, no exchanges are possible, either online or in shop.
If you have ordered from one of our partners: Laredoute.fr, Galerieslafayette.com, Veepee.fr, please refer to the retailer's specific return process below and use the Colissimo return label received in your order.
The customer who wishes to return a product must only return it to the address provided by La Fée Maraboutée , in no case to a Galeries Lafayette store.
1) You must contact the Fée Maraboutée by consulting the “details of my order”, available in the “Order tracking” section.
2) The return of the product must be made after agreement from La Fée Maraboutée Customer Service.
3) A pre-paid returns label will be provided to you in your package.
4) The product will be shipped to the premises La Fée Maraboutée - Returns Service at the following address: 3 chemin de la chapelle 42300 MABLY . The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

The customer who wishes to return a product must only return it to the address provided by La Fée Maraboutée .
Only items delivered to a Relais Colis® point can be returned to a Relais Colis® point, with the agreement of La Fée Maraboutée and the appropriate return label.
1) You must contact La Fée Maraboutée indicating your wish to withdraw, via the La Redoute messaging service. To do this, you must click on the “Do you have a question?” button available in the order tracking. You can then specify your request and click on “Contact the seller”.
2) A prepaid return label has been provided to you in your package in the event of returns.
3) You will return the product free of charge using the label, in its original condition and packaging with all accessories and labels, accompanied by the delivery note, to the following address: La Fée Maraboutée - Returns Service, 3 chemin de la Chapelle, 42300 MABLY
Upon receipt of your package in our logistics department, we will reimburse your returned item(s) within 15 days to the bank account associated with the order.

- Returns are freefor all orders placed in mainland France, Belgium or the Netherlands. To make the return, stick the Colissimo return label received in your package and drop off your package at the post office.
- For any return of an order delivered in Europe (excluding mainland France, Belgium or the Netherlands) or internationally, the return costs are your responsibility.
For other international countries, return costs are your responsibility, with parcel tracking to the following address:

Refund
Your refund will be made to the card used for the payment, by crediting it under the reference "lafeemaraboutee.fr", via our payment partner Hipay, within 15 days from the date the parcel is returned.
Your voucher will be credited based on the amount of your return once your return is received and validated.
We will refund your order if the return is due to an error on our part. Of course, shipping fees will be fully refunded upon presentation of proof.

Loyalty program
The “Le Cercle des Fées” loyalty program applies automatically, without any action being necessary, to any identified Customer who has made at least one purchase in a Store or on the Site since January 1, 2020.
For Customers who have placed an order on the Site, recognition and membership are automatic with the Customer's email address.
For Customers making a purchase in Store, they will be asked for their last name, first name, postal code and email address and telephone numbers so that they can be identified and thus benefit from the Loyalty program which they can find at any time in their customer area on the Site.
Any new Customer joining the Loyalty program will be informed by email and, where applicable, by SMS if their telephone details are communicated.
The benefit of the Loyalty program is valid unlimitedly for any purchase in a Store in Metropolitan FRANCE, Corsica, Spain and Belgium and on the Site (it being specified here that there may be an extension of the benefit of the program for purchases made on e-shops to be created internationally).
The benefit of the Loyalty program is strictly personal and cannot under any circumstances be transferred, sold or used for purposes other than those defined by LA FEE in these general conditions.
The Loyalty program has three statuses which each allow access to specific advantages (discounts, services, gifts, experiences). ONE (1) euro purchase entitles you to 1 loyalty POINT.
- The status of FÉEbenefits each Client who has acquired between 0 and 299 points over the previous calendar year and the current year;
- MUSE status benefits each Customer who has acquired between 300 and 799 points over the previous calendar year and the current year;
- The status of GODDESS benefits each Client who has acquired at least 800 points over the previous calendar year and the current year.
Each purchase is recorded at the end of a period of 30 calendar days from the purchase (whether it is a purchase in-Store or on-Site, notwithstanding the withdrawal period enjoyed by the Customer in accordance with the legal dispositions).
In the event of a return within this 30 calendar day period, the purchase initially made is not recorded.
The transition from one status to another can be made during the calendar year. Once obtained, the new status is maintained during the current calendar year.
On January 1st of each year, the Customer's status is recalculated based on the amount of her purchases.

Technical issues
These emails can be found in your “junk” mail or your “spam” folder of your messaging software, these are in fact more and more sensitive to protect the privacy of their users by identifying emails which do not part of your contacts for example. We advise you to authorize the domain https://www.lafeemaraboutee.fr/ in your anti-spam tool and/or your email.
If your payment doesn't go through, check to make sure your card numbers or expiration date aren't wrong. Check with your banking establishment that they are not blocking the payment. For security reasons, customer service does not have access to your bank details but remains at your disposal to guide you.
