1.7. What are the legal grounds for processing?
We rely on legal grounds for processing your data that depend on how you interact with our Site.

2. Security when browsing the Internet
2.1. Integrity of your data on the Internet
The Site has appropriate security measures in place to prevent any loss, unauthorized use or access, alteration or disclosure of your Personal Data.
All personal data collected is stored on secure servers. LA FEE MARABOUTEE has also established procedures for handling any personal data breach.
In the event of a personal data breach, LA FÉE

appropriate measures to limit the consequences of the breach.
Where required by law, LA FÉE
MARABOUTÉE notifies the CNIL of the breach without delay and, where
possible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of it. When the
breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and
freedoms of the individuals concerned, they are informed without
without delay, unless otherwise provided for by applicable regulations.
2.2. Malicious use
We recommend connecting only to secure networks, preferably private networks. Be aware of the risks associated with public Wi-Fi networks.
Apart from LA FEE MARABOUTEE, to whom you have voluntarily provided your Personal Data, and given the nature of the Internet, other parties with no connection to LA FEE MARABOUTEE may capture this data without your consent, particularly while you browse the Internet. We therefore recommend installing antivirus and anti-spyware software on your computer and updating it regularly.
2.3. Impersonation/ Deception/ Phishing
LA FEE MARABOUTEE will never contact you by email to request personal information.
If you receive an email claiming to be from LA FEE MARABOUTEE asking you to provide sensitive personal information (bank details, information about your private life, etc.), please do not reply. Forward the email to us so we can take the necessary action.
You should only provide your account information after logging in to www.lafeemaraboutee.fr directly through your browser.
3. Cookie Policy
A cookie is a small text file that may be stored in a dedicated area of your device’s hard drive when you visit a website. It allows the party that placed it to identify the device on which it is stored for as long as the cookie remains valid or stored.
When you browse the Site, information about your device’s browsing activity (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) may be recorded through cookies placed on your device, depending on the cookie preferences you have selected, which you can change at any time.
3.1. What are the cookies placed on our Site used for?
Only the party that placed a cookie can read or change the information it contains.
When you visit the Site, LA FEE MARABOUTEE may, depending on your choices, place various cookies on your device that allow us to recognize your browser for as long as the relevant cookie remains valid.
The cookies we use serve the purposes described below:
- to conduct studies and compile statistics on traffic and usage across the various parts of our Site (sections and content visited, browsing paths), enabling LA FEE MARABOUTEE to improve the appeal and usability of its services;
- to adapt the Site’s display to your device’s display preferences (language, screen resolution, operating system, etc.) when you visit the Site, depending on the hardware and software your device uses to display or read content;
- to remember information you entered in a form on the Site (registration or access to your Member Area) or about products, services or information you selected on the Site (a service subscription, etc.);
- to allow you to access your Member Area using login credentials or information you have previously provided; and
- to implement security measures, for example by asking you to log in again to access content or a service after a certain period of time.
3.2. Your cookie choices
You have several options for managing cookies. Any settings you choose may affect how you browse the Internet and your ability to access certain services that require cookies.
You can express or change your cookie preferences at any time using the methods described below.
In particular, you can configure your browser to allow cookies to be stored on your Device or, conversely, to reject them, either systematically or according to the party that places them.
You can also configure your browser to ask you whether to accept or refuse cookies each time, before a cookie can be stored on your Device. For more information, see "How can you exercise your choices, depending on the browser you use?" in Section 4.2.3. below.
3.2.1. Accepting cookies
Whether a cookie is stored on a Device depends primarily on the Device user's choice, which they can express and change at any time, free of charge, using the options provided by their browser.
If you have allowed your browser to store cookies on your Device, cookies embedded in the pages and content you have viewed may be temporarily stored in a dedicated area of your Device. Only the party that placed them will be able to read them there.
3.2.2. Refusing cookies
If you refuse to allow cookies to be stored on your Device, or delete cookies already stored on it, the quality of the services offered by the Site will not be affected.
However, you will no longer be able to use certain features that may be necessary to navigate some areas of the Site. This would be the case if you tried to access content or services that require you to sign in. It would also be the case if LA FEE MARABOUTEE -or its service providers- could not determine, for technical compatibility purposes, the type of browser used by your Device, its language and display settings, or the country from which your Device appears to be connected to the Internet.
Where applicable, LA FEE MARABOUTEE accepts no liability for any consequences affecting the operation of its services if it is unable to store or access cookies necessary for those services because you have refused or deleted them.
Please note that some cookies cannot be deleted because they are strictly necessary for the Site to function.
3.2.3. How can you manage your preferences in your browser?
