To create your account on the LA FEE MARABOUTEE online shop, enter your email address, which becomes your login, and the other required information in the appropriate fields.

Changing your password or delivery addresses is very simple. Click on "my account" and enter your login and password. Once logged in, you can view and change your personal information.

When you click on the forgotten password link, please enter the email address you used to create your account. Your password will be emailed to you immediately. Please check your junk mail or spam folder if you have not received it.

You can retrieve the items you have added to your basket for a period of one year (while stocks last), by following the instructions below:

The information you provide to us to process your order is used only within the scope of our commercial relationship. Under no circumstances will this information be shared with third parties or resold. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. Regarding your banking information (bank cards), these are used only for your payment with our secure payment providers: Hipay for France and the Global-e partners for other countries. We do not retain any banking information concerning you.

Order form

To place an order with the LA FÉE MARABOUTÉE boutique, simply browse the site by accessing the products offered in the different categories. You can browse by type of item or by universe. Then choose the items you want to buy by clicking on "Add to basket". Once your products are in the basket, you can check the contents by clicking on the basket, then click on the "Checkout" button. Your order will be prepared in our warehouses within a maximum of 48 working hours, then handed over to the carrier depending on the delivery method and country you have chosen. Delivery times are between 2 and 5 days after your order has been handed over to the carrier.

We will send you a confirmation email a few minutes after your order has been validated. In this email you will find a summary of your order as well as a link allowing you to access your account and track the status of your order. Your order will go through the following statuses: "Confirmed", "In preparation" and finally "Dispatched".

When your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will also receive a new email telling you that your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, with a tracking number so that you can follow its progress.

It is not currently possible to cancel or modify your order. As soon as your payment has been confirmed, your order is sent to our warehouse for preparation and dispatch as soon as possible. However, if you still wish to cancel your order, we invite you to refuse your parcel only in the case of delivery by colissimo or parcel relay. It will then be returned to our warehouse and we will refund you.

Payment

For Metropolitan France, we accept payment by credit card (Carte bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Paypal.
Payments are fully secured by our partner Hipay, the European leader in online payment.

For other countries in the European Union, our partner Global-e may offer, at the time of payment and depending on the destination, additional payment methods.

In Metropolitan France, payment in 3 installments without fees is available with ALMA from €200 of purchases or in 2 installments without fees is available from €150 of purchases. You can also benefit from a 30-day payment delay, this service is free of charge from €200 of purchases.

In other European Union countries, depending on the destination, payment in several installments via KLARNA may be offered to you by our partner Global-e.

For Metropolitan France, you can use the following payment methods on the LA FÉE MARABOUTÉE e-boutique: Carte bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

LA FEE MARABOUTEE online shop uses the Hipay e-Commerce solution, recognised by the main players in the financial world. It has been developed so that you can make your payments in an ergonomic and user-friendly environment, with optimum security and respect for privacy. Hipay e-Commerce is the payment solution adopted by several thousand e-commerce sites. You will recognise these sites by the words Secure payment by Hipay, which appear on the payment page.

For orders placed on our French site lafeemaraboutee.fr, enter your promo code in the cart. Be sure to check the validity date of your discount code. Also make sure to respect the case and enter your code without any spaces. Remember to clear your device's temporary memory (cache). If your code works, a message will appear to indicate that your coupon has been applied. Codes cannot be combined: if you have several, only one can be used for your order.
For orders placed on our international sites, enter your promo code in the cart or on the payment page, after validating your cart.

We offer you three delivery options for France:

Your order is prepared within a maximum of 48 business hours in our warehouses, then handed over to the carrier according to the delivery method you have chosen. Delivery times are then between 2 and 5 days for the standard method in mainland France after your order is handed over to the carrier.

Delivery rates: they are automatically calculated during your order according to the delivery method and country you choose, and you can view this amount in your cart.

The shipping times (dispatch from our warehouses) are a maximum of 48 business hours (Monday to Friday). This timeframe corresponds to the preparation of your order in our warehouses (stock removal, verification, order preparation, packaging, labeling...), after which your order is handed over to the chosen carrier. 

Delivery times in Metropolitan France depend on the chosen shipping method (next-day delivery for any order placed before 2pm):
- For Colissimo home delivery, the timeframe is 3 to 4 business days from the order date.
- For click & collect delivery, the timeframe is 3 to 4 business days from the order date. You will be notified by email/SMS when your package arrives in store.

Please click on the flag icon on our homepage to view the list of countries/locations where we deliver.
If your country/location does not appear in the list, it is likely that we do not deliver there at the moment.

In this case, the parcel is delivered directly to your home. If you are not at home at the time, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox. This notice indicates the time and day of the delivery and the post office where you can collect the parcel. You will then need to go to the post office indicated with the delivery note left by the postman and some form of identification to collect the parcel. You then have a period of 14 days, after which the parcel will be returned to us.

If you have requested delivery to one of the countries in the European Union and you still have not received your package: if you have not received your package after 6 days and no delivery notice has been left, please check the status of your package according to the chosen delivery method. You can also contact customer service via our form.

To return the ordered products, you have a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the day after the date of receipt of your order.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their tags and any accessories; only items returned in their original condition will be accepted and refunded.

Please proceed with only one return per order placed: all items in your return must be in a single package per order. You must wait for the complete delivery of your order if it was delivered in multiple shipments/packages.

Do you want to return an order placed on our site lafeemaraboutee.fr in store? No problem, your store takes care of everything! Bring your order number and your store will handle the return of your package and its refund. In the case of a return in store, please do not make your return request online and go directly to the store.

In the event that you have ordered from one of our partners: Laredoute.fr, Galerieslafayette.com, Inno.be, please refer to the specific return process of the retailer below and use the Colissimo return label received with your order.

The customer wishing to return a product must only return it to the address provided by La Fée Maraboutée, under no circumstances to a Galeries Lafayette store.

1) You must contact La Fée Maraboutée by consulting the "order details," available in the "Order tracking" section
2) The product return must be made after approval from La Fée Maraboutée Customer Service.
3) A prepaid return label will be provided in your package

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

- laredoute.fr :
The customer wishing to return a product must only return it to the address provided by La Fée Maraboutée.
Only items delivered to a Relais Colis® point can benefit from a return to a Relais Colis® point, with La Fée Maraboutée's approval and the appropriate return label.

1) You must contact La Fée Maraboutée indicating your wish to withdraw, via La Redoute messaging. To do this, click on the "Do you have a question?" button available in the order tracking. You can then specify your request and click on "Contact the seller".
2) A prepaid return label was provided in your package in case of returns.
3) You will return the product free of charge using the label, in its original condition and packaging with all accessories and tags, accompanied by the delivery note, to the following address: La Fée Maraboutée - Returns Service, 3 chemin de la Chapelle, 42300 MABLY (France).

Upon receipt of your package in our logistics service, we will refund your returned item(s) within 15 days to the bank account associated with the order.

- inno.be :
You have a period of thirty (30) days from the day following the date of receipt of your order to return the ordered products. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their tags and any accessories; only items returned in their original condition will be accepted and refunded within 2 days.

Return procedure :
1) Log in to your INNO customer account and make your return request using the form available in your customer area.
2) For deliveries in Belgium and the Netherlands, please contact La Fée Maraboutée customer service who will provide you with a return label.

The return is free of charge.

- Returns are free for any order placed in mainland France, in Belgium or in the Netherlands.
For orders delivered in mainland France, stick the Colissimo return label received in your package and drop off your package at the post office.

- For other destinations, an amount will be deducted from your refund: €5 for Europe (except Belgium and the Netherlands), 8 CHF for Switzerland, 8 $ for the United Kingdom, 10 $ for the United States and 15 € for all other countries.

- For orders delivered outside mainland France, request your return label here.

Reimbursement

For orders delivered in Metropolitan France, your refund will be made to the credit card used for payment by re-crediting it under the label "lafeemaraboutee.fr", via our payment partner Hipay, within 15 days from the date of return of the package.

Your voucher will be credited back to you according to the amount of your return, once your return has been received and validated.
