You can enjoy the 2-hour e-reservation service: an item is set aside for free for 48 hours, with no obligation to purchase.
For an order placed online on lafeemaraboutee.fr and delivered in mainland France, you can drop off your return directly in-store: bring your order number and the store will handle the return and refund. In the case of an in-store return, please do not make your return request online and go directly to the store.
For an online order, no exchange (online or in-store) is possible. However, you can make a return according to the applicable conditions.
Once the refund is processed, you can either place a new order on the website, reserve your items in-store with our e-reservation service, or make a new purchase directly in-store.
Gift cards can be used both in-store and on the website, and are valid for 1 year from their purchase date.
