The version that is enforceable against the Customer is the one appearing on the Site at the time of use of the Site or of the purchase in the Store.

The present general conditions are also available in Store to any Customer who requests them.

By accepting to benefit from the Loyalty programme, the Customer acknowledges having read these general conditions, which are available on the Site at the following link and in Store on request.

he Loyalty programme applies automatically, without any action being necessary, to any identified Customer who has made at least one purchase in a Store or on the Site since 1 January 2020.

At the launch of the programme, existing and identified Customers are informed by sending an email.

Access to the Fidélité programme is however reserved for Customers of legal age who have the legal capacity to contract or who have parental authorisation.

For Customers who have placed an order on the Site, recognition and membership are automatic with the Customer's e-mail address.

For Customers making a purchase in Store, they will be asked for their surname, first name, postcode, e-mail address and telephone number so that they can be identified and thus benefit from the Loyalty programme, which they will be able to access at any time in their customer area on the Site.

Any new Customer joining the Fidélité programme will be informed by e-mail and, if necessary, by SMS if her telephone details are provided.

Membership will only be effective after a period of 30 calendar days following the purchase in the Store or the receipt, by the Customer, of the order placed on the Site, provided that the Customer has not returned her purchase within this period.

30 calendar days after each new purchase, the Customer will receive an email stating her new points balance and status.

The Customer's status and points balance can also be accessed at any time in her Customer area on the Site.

Membership of the Loyalty programme does not require a physical card, as it is dematerialised.

Thus, any Customer is recognised and automatically benefits from the advantages linked to her status with her e-mail address.

The benefit of the Fidélité programme is valid indefinitely for all purchases in Stores in Metropolitan France, Corsica, Spain and Belgium and on the Site (it being specified here that the benefit of the programme may be extended for purchases made on e-shops to be created internationally).

The benefit of the Fidélité programme is strictly personal and may under no circumstances be transferred́, sold or used for purposes other than those defined by LA FEE in these general conditions.

Employees of LA FEE may not benefit from it.

The loyalty programme has three statuses, each of which gives access to specific advantages (discounts, services, gifts, experiences).

One (1) euro of purchase gives the right to 1 loyalty point.

  • The FEE status benefits each customer who has acquired between 0 and 299 points over the previous calendar year and the current year;
  • MUSE status is awarded to each customer who has acquired between 300 and 799 points over the previous and current calendar year;
  • DEESSE status is awarded to each Client who has acquired at least 800 points in the previous and current calendar years.

Each purchase is counted at the end of a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase (whether the purchase is made in a Store or on the Website, notwithstanding the withdrawal period which the Customer enjoys in accordance with the legal provisions).

In the event of a return within this 30 calendar day period, the purchase initially made is not counted.

The transition from one status to another can be made during the calendar year.

Once obtained, the new status is maintained during the current calendar year.

On the first of January of each year, the Client's status is recalculated according to the amount of purchases made during the previous year. The Client retains the status obtained during the current year, unless she upgrades to a higher status (but cannot downgrade to a lower status before the 1st of January of the following year).

Each status gives entitlement to the following benefits from the month following the month in which the change of status took place in application of the above conditions (see 3 above).

The benefits of each status are as follows:
